Prior to Chiong & Wan CPAs P.C., Jane founded her midtown Manhattan-based company (Jane Chiong CPA, PC) in 1998, delivering topnotch tax and accounting services to her diverse set of clients.

Jane services clients with multi-state operations and international establishments throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. Her clients operate in diverse industry sectors such as the art market, entertainment, e-commerce, health services, security, finance, not-for-profit, start-up and many other industry. All of her clients develop ongoing business relationships with Jane and benefit from her specialty and dedicated attention to their financial details and needs. Jane formulates strategies and tracks business growth to bring maximum profits for her clients. As an avid art collector herself, she has a deep understanding of the art market and is able to help her clients to navigate the challenges in the art business.

Jane holds a B.S. in accounting from New York Institute of Technology. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Joseph Wan is a partner at Chiong & Wan CPAs P.C. He specializes in the taxation of securities transactions and has extensive tax background in partnership, corporation, and individual areas. He has 20 years of experience in serving investment partnerships, investment advisors, onshore/offshore hedge funds, fund of funds, and investment partnership management companies. He provides transactional advice on the tax impacts securities trading and tax advice for investment strategies to clients.

Joseph provides excellent client service and works closely with clients to develop effective planning structures and strategies. He is also involved with tax planning and advising services for high-net-worth individuals and families. Prior to joining Chiong & Wan CPAs P.C., Joseph was a Senior Tax Director at a national accounting firm where he worked with some of the largest investment funds in the country and was a frequent lecturer for courses on investment partnership structures and technical topics.

Joseph holds a M.S. in taxation from Pace University and a B.B.A. in accounting from Baruch College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
